Just wanted to say a quick hello. I've been visiting these forums for a little bit, and decided to jump in because I really like this community.
I've been an exercise junkie since I was a teenager, and have continued off and on until I was about 36 when I decided that it wasn't right to be out of breath from tieing my shoes. I went to work, and managed to drop ~50 lbs. Now here I sit at about 200 (what can I say, I still love food), but I am more fit than ever before... creaky ankles and all.
I love to share how I did it, so please feel free to ask. Otherwise, I'll just chime in on various conversations.
