I love this forum. I have been lurking here for a couple months.
I really like this forum´s approach to the weight loss process.

My name is Valentine and im a 22 years old girl trying to loose the last 15 kg (30 lbs). Im eating 1500-1600 cal and running 1 hour every day.

I have lost a lot of weight, but sometimes i get a little bit discouraged. I'm having a hard time adjusting to the new me, because i have been really overweight for almost my entire life.

Any good advice is always welcome
