my name is angelica. i am 18 years old and want to make a change with myself. i dont want to be embarassed of myself anymore. my out of control weight makes me feel like a failure. i have become withdrawn =T . my problems? i cant control my hunger and i dont workout.
but i am willing to change ^_^
soo far the only idea that has come to my mind for dealing with my overeating is just when i get the urge, to find something physical to do and wait for the feelings to pass. im also trying to drink more water.
my hope from using this site is to stay motivated and meet some amazing friends.

mmm. im hoping to lose about 60 pounds total. or just to get to like a size 7/9 pants size...
what do you use to motivate yourself? i think just knowing i can hardly zip up the pants i just bought about 2 months ago is motivation. T_T i have a closet full of clothes i can no longer wear... im down to two tight pairs of jeans...

Thankyou!! Its been quite a journey to say the least
My motivation changes to be honest! At first it was definitely about my health..But once I got smaller it changed, I had alot of mini goals..i.e Fit into a 2xl t-shirt, then into a xl (now at a large )
One of my main goals is to be able to go on hoilday and take my top off and not worry that people are judging/staring!!
It might sound quite vain, but I've never been able to do that before!
You need to find what will make you happy, if its fitting into those jeans, then thats a great place to start!!
Inevitably, my main motivation and main goal is to be happy
