New to the board
Hi everyone. I'm a newbie and this is my first post. I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter and have been struggling with the same 20 lbs forever! I usually starve myself and exercise like a freak in order to look good for an event or trip and then I reward myself by slacking off and overeating.
Well, I was reading an article one day and it mentioned that yo-yo
dieting is bad for the heart. So I have decided that I want to stop the cycle of fad diets/starving/binging and just focus on healthy habits that I can adopt into my lifestyle. So I'm looking forward to conversing with all of you on
diet , exercise, tips, etc.

well i'm glad to hear your putting an end to the yo-yoing! Remember, a lifestyle change is the way to go...small changes add up!!
