I find keeping a journal and counting
calories are very helpful tools..
If you can afford a personal trainer, or classes at the
gym, they help too.
If you can't do that..
Cardio and Strength work out right in your home will also work..
Don't give up.. Do it for you!! Do it for the
energy you will get, and seeing the
pounds fall off is one of the best feelings..
Just remember you can do it!!.. Don't let your mind sabotage your efforts..
