hey yall, steve here from good ol northern cali,

weighing in at 235lbs 5 8' tall

in highschool i was around 185 and i have barely gotten any taller

im here for support and share in pains with everyone in my same situation.

i have a girlfriend i love very much and i want a long and healthy life with her so i def. have to make some changes in my eating habits and activities.
