Just introducing myself. Haven't even read any other threads yet.

I'm 32, 5'10" and 258 lbs currently.

In my heyday, I was a sprightly 168-196. Martial Arts once per week, cycled everywhere.

I'm a vegetarian

I moved to the States 3 years ago, ballooned, and can't shift it.

Not that I'm trying too hard, obviously, lol

Anyway, just thought I'd say hi, and look forward to reading and contributing as time goes on
