I think lol. I currently weigh between 255 and 260. I am a 27 yr old male working in an office cube. I'll post more when I get the chance. I am starting a routine on Monday, keeping track of my food intake and daily activity. Hoepfully you guys don't mind if I post what I do for motivation as well as advice about my routine.

Wow... that was a pretty snarky reply to a perfectly reasonable request. Rules are different from forum to forum... and if you have a page with a lot of people sporting huge sigs... its gonna take forever to load for people with minimal bandwidth.

It sounds like you've got a plan, stick with it. As of today I have managed to lose 95 lbs., I want to lose another 45-50. I have been heavy my whole life and never realized how such simple lifestyle changes could make such a big difference.
