Just wanted to say a quick hi to the forum! I'm ready to get control of my diet and exercise and I'm hoping to find a good support system here!

LOL!! i was thinking more along the lines of who can increase thier benchpress the most in a month or drop the most bodyfat but your idea seems good hahahaha
