Hi,

I'm here because my new year's resolution is to lose 15 pounds this year.

I am in my twenties and have hypothyroidism which I'm currently taking levoxyl for.

Today I went shopping and discovered I went up yet another size.

I need to change and stop being sedentary and become healthy!


Please help me!
