Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mother of 4, two girls ages 5 (6 next month) and 3, and three month old twin boys. I gained 65
pounds this last pregnancy although I wasn't too worried because I was having twins. I lost 35
pounds in the beginning because of breastfeeding and watching what I ate, but I began bottlefeeding and I've stopped losing. It's hard trying to exercise while having twins especially so small and demanding. Just getting dressed and brushing my hair/teeth at this point is an accomplishment. Is there any advice new moms have with either healthy quick meals or quick workouts? Anything would help. Thanks
