MissDFITT will become famous soon enough
I have not taken this product, but it has been discussed in some length in one of my nutrition classes last semester.

The product works by inhibiting your body to metabolize fat, therefore the fat you eat all becomes waste. From what I understand it does work, but you have to be VERY careful of your diet. You don't want to be taking in too much fat or it will cause serious intestinal problems... sorry for being graphic but the term anal leakage was mentioned several times. Because your body is not metabolizing fat it comes out the other end as oil if you are not careful of what you are eating. I would assume its all written on the label as to the type of "diet" you should follow while on it.

I hope this was helpful and not too graphic... and sorry if it was.

Hmm...

Shit myself or go for a jog?

That's a tough call.

Miss Dee had it right above. It's simply a way to restrict calories. I really don't think it's necessary at all. Simply being smarter with your food choices 'works' too. To boot, it ensures you're in control and engrains long term habits that you will ensure permanent success.

Short cuts usually lead to short results.

The only Alli 'works' (assuming it even does) is because people don't understand calorie balance.

People are completely in the dark on diet and what it means to the body. They just eat, usually because stuff tastes good.

Take one of these people and tell them you've got a drug that blocks fat. Hey, awesome! Right? Fat in your food = fat on your body, amirite???

The effect this would have, if any, is two-fold: 1, you'd be getting less calories from food and 2, you'd (ideally) condition yourself to eat less.

No magic there, much like the something like bypass surgery... it's simply a far-out enforcement of what must be done to drop weight: eat less than you expend.

No over-the-counter pill, outlasts nor outperforms a bad diet or the bad happenings in the head reference diet and exercise--consistency.

But, to answer your question. No, I have "never" taken any over the counter fat loss products.

I am my own thermogenic, and I keep fired up through the always attempting to locate "truth" within diet and fitness.

The absolute best thing you can do for yourself, is to educate yourself, locate and find consistency in diet and training according to your personal goals you seek.

You will be rewarded 10 times more than it took it took to learn it.

I follow various manipulations of this motto:

Controlled Calories + Good Fats + Appropriate Carbs + PROTEIN + my ROUTINE + rest INBETWEEN = LEAN and MEAN will be SEEN

Best wishes,

Chillen
