Rep Power: 10 | | Welcome to the board. Cardio is the only way to lose your stomach. Along with eating properly of course. Spot reducing doesn't work. Just up the cardio and you will see the fat all over your body melt away, even in the stomach, although for me, that spot seems to take forever. |

Rep Power: 9 | | Probably, unfortunately. Diet and exercise will make you lose the fat. As you exercise, I'm sure you'll probably do ab exercises that will help get you some muscles there. But that's it.
But if you lose the weight the belly will flatten. That's better than doing a million crunches a day, isn't it? |

Rep Power: 0 | | thanks for welcoming to this thread. i have read some of the things to work out plan. i have started the Special K cereal diet, along with my six small meals a day. because i have back problems i'm limit at what i can do, i do a lot of walking. douring the day at work. |
