Just wanted to take a second to introduce my self. I'm new here but am about 9 weeks into my weight loss program. As of Monday I hit my first big goal of 20 lbs and am excited to keep the process going as I work towards my healthy body weight.
I'm down to talk on all kinds of topics. I figure the more support one has the better it is for the process. Good luck everybody. |
