Sounds like you're looking at it from the wrong angle if you ask me, as in; the magic lies in the
diet.
That's the furthest from the truth.
The magic lies in your ability to adhere to a
diet consistently without a lot of grief. Don't think
diet. Think lifestyle change. Diets are temporary fixes to permanent problems.
