Unhappy Hi everyone!

Hi there, I am new to this form.

I'm 26 years old and recently became a mom of an adorable boy. The only negative thing about my pregnancy is that I've gained 30kg.

Yes, 30kg......

And my problem now is to get it off....I've been on a few diets the past couple of months and nothing seems to work......I'm so sick of dieeting.

I need to loose at least 10kg as soon as possible....I'm really desperate. Has been on Dr Cohen's dieet before I got pregnant. But now we've moved to Saudi Arabia and won't be able to get hold of it again.....

Any advice

First of all, congratulations on your baby boy!! I can't imagine how crazy it must be have a newborn baby AND worry about dieting at the same time. I don't want to dish out too much advice because I am new to the forum as well and I am just getting the hang of my own dieting philosophy so all I will say is GOOD LUCK! You can do it, but be patient (that's one thing I'm working on) and try to stay positive. Lastly, welcome to the forum from one newcomer to another!

Sounds like you're looking at it from the wrong angle if you ask me, as in; the magic lies in the diet.

That's the furthest from the truth.

The magic lies in your ability to adhere to a diet consistently without a lot of grief. Don't think diet. Think lifestyle change. Diets are temporary fixes to permanent problems.

Have you read the stickies here on the forum? If not, I highly suggest spending some time doing so... they'll provide you the foundation of knowledge necessary to construct your lifestyle.
