Celebrities Choice "Acai Berry"

"Weight loss” that is the target for many of us for several reasons. We keep looking up to various options for this. A latest option you may try Acai berry. Besides weight loss, this diet supplement would also help you get rid of several chronic ailments and keep fit in general. Their success rate can be vouched with the fact that celebrities like Oprah Winfrey & Rachel Ray are using. My favorite of which is proleva because it not only contains Superfruits Acai, Goji, Noni and Mangosteen but also the antioxidants found in 1.5 pounds of fresh fruits .

Please stop with this Acai berry thing. It has the same antioxidants as any type of berry. It's a load of horse shit.

If you want a miracle cure without the hard work, then have fun failing in your weight loss excursion. If you want to work hard to not only put the weight off, but keep it off....then by all means join a local gym and start counting your calories.

Chew on this: If you put together all the money you would spend on this acai berry shit, or slim fast... you could buy yourself a personal trainer at your local gym and have them work with you one on one. That's how expensive these miracle cures are.

Erma Dill, I hope you choke on one of those acai berries while sitting on your couch watching Oprah or Rachel Ray.

So because Opera uses it, it's good?

lol

No offense, but she's about the last person I'd take advice from when it comes to weight loss.

You've been scammed and stripped of your ability to think critically.

That's a good way of looking at things.

That said, most trainers are just as bad as these gimmicky products.

Maybe, but at least they should do two things:
- *help* get your ass off your couch and away from oprah and get to the gym
- set up a workout for you and alter those workouts to screw with your body.

I think you'd have a higher chance of success with a trainer than with Rachel Ray (yummy) and some miracle cure berry that can only be grown in the happiness mountains and valley of contentment.

In the paper ths morning, there was an article on pretty much the stupidity of cleanses and they interviewed some trainer somewhere - -who sold cleanse products (and i'm not talking Brillo Soap pads) on his website...

Yeah, Oprah is not good resource for weight loss -the woman is a yoyo -and last time i saw Racheal ray she was looking kinda stocky...

Accountability can be a powerful thing, yes.

Most trainers, and mind you I've experienced and witnessed many, wouldn't no how to write an effective/optimal workout to save their lives. People would be better off joining a forum like this and getting said information for free.

Ya, if it comes down to having to choose the lesser of two evils, I agree.

The thing that sucks and i hate about society is Rachel Ray might be "stocky" but she looks good and healthy.

Beleive me Mal, this isnt anything against you calling her stocky. We share a lot of the same views and I'm guessing you would agree with me on this. Society has made it that everyone needs to be a size two and i hate it.

Give me a stocky Rachel Ray over size two woman any day of the week. Well maybe not Rachel Ray because if she said yumm-o then giggled I think i would have to slap her.

Matt

My thoughts exactly! I love my wife to death. she's like a size 8 or 9 (how did I ever land her lol) and I would NOT change a thing about her.

If a person is hawking weight loss aids -and I see her name come up frequently on the google ads on this site that she's using diet product XX... If a celebrity is using a diet product -well -unless it's for something like jenny craig where the celeb is taking yuo on the journey as part of the commerical... then my expectation would be that the celeb should look like the product actually was effective...

My mother has tried using this AcaiBerry stuff and it worked wonders for her. Rachael Ray (sp?) doesn't seem like the sell out type either, so I wouldnt think they would promote it other wise.

Take a look at there site and decide for yourself. I have seen first hand its a good effective way to lose weight. I think the site is:

AcaiBerryDetox All Natural Cleanse. You Can Even Get Your Free Order Trial I think

Ok I love Rachel but I have to agree. When I read that I laughed my butt off. She gets on my nerves sometimes with the giggling. Don't get me wrong I watch her every day and use many of her ideas but my god that laugh just kills me. And hey Gator I thought you were a boob man? Not talking about small breasts as bad but in relation to the rest of her body I think she looks a bit small.
