Sometimes our bad habit contribute to over weight problems, like me, before this I always eat before going to sleep, thats why to keep away my bad habit I make sure there is nothing to eat after 8.00 p.m. Anyone have idea and suggestions.

So you feel hungry at night, I find a couple of glasses of milk fills me up, but I have a craving now for milk before I go to bed, it use to be wine, crisps, curry. In general anything I liked but controlling my bad habits has helped me lose 17 Ibs so I would make sure you have 6 small meals a day to help you combat your nightime hunger, sometimes it can be that we are just thirsty. Try a crackerbread with cucumber or a toast, I am sure a toast would be ok, especially if you are good all day.
