Quick Question!
This question is for anyone working to get flat-
abs or has them!!
It might be a stupid question...but I need to know...
Since I've been working out on my
abs I can see my muscles right below my chest (didn't see them before). Is it normal that you see results from top to bottom (Below chest to lower
abs ) or am I just imagining things?
Thank you soooo much in advance!

I find it much easier to work my upper
abs rather than my lower
abs which I think is fairly normal, so yes you would see more defined upper
abs until you properly work those lower
abs

Yes, that is normal.
Plus, you most likely see them as a direct response to your caloric state and not so much as a direct response to whatever exercise you are currently doing.

Caloric state?
MysticRealm & Steve - Thanks a lot for your responses!
Steve - by 'caloric state' you mean how many
calories I'm consuming per day?

Sort of.
I mean, if you're in a caloric deficit, you're going to lose
fat . As you lose
fat , your
abs are going to become more 'exposed.'
Direct
exercises for the
abs without a caloric deficit won't, in itself, lead to exposed
abs . You have to get the
fat out of the way.
