Smile Well being

Hi there!
To me, well being is more than simply our physical fitness level. It is how we see ourselves.....is it our state of mind. More often than not, it is the habitual guilt and negative thinking over our weight and body image that keeps us from changing. To become motivated we need to see ourselves differently, independent of what the scale might say. If you are looking for information on health, fitness, meditation or relaxation I have exactly what you are seeking. I run a site LINK DELETED and it deals with these topics. Hope to see you there. Happy Health to You!

But we have free information here. Why would we pay you?

I didn't say anything about paying me...did I? I just said come visit me and share in the free information...leave some comments, read some sweet articles, and enjoy the information that I've collected.

Perhaps you should read my whole message before implying that I'm only here to get money. We're all in this together...just because this forum has free information, that doesn't mean there isn't other helpful information out there...like on my site.

Again...no payment required, just the ability to read.

We encourage the ability to read here - and one of the things we do like people to read is the forum rules - the big one -is no links..

If you want to join this community we'd love to have you - but to join a forum only to post a link to another site that has tons of advertising -is in fact a violation
