What's up guys? I'm a 16 yr old male, between 5' 8" and 5' 10", and 210 lbs.
Anyway, I've been trying to lose weight for a while (actually trying for 4 months), and have been somewhat successful. (I used to be 230...).
So that's that. Also, I'm trying to build up more muscle.
