Talking Just restarted the 6week body makeover any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I have just restarted my makeover, was doing great until my house burned in dec, and I lost my kit along with everything else. I lost 7lbs and 8 in in just 4 days. I have been so depressed since the whole house thing I just couldn't stick with the diet. I am ready now to drop this weight. I could use a little boost now and again to keep me on track. So any input is greatly appreciated. I weigh 230 lbs and my goal is 150 so thats 80 lbs I want to discard, never to be regained.
Trina,

Thumbs up Hi

Hi there,

I am a big fan of MT 6 WBMO I love this diet and lost 35 pounds on it...in the first 6 weeks but have put 10- back on. Me too starting it again today.

Also another area for great support on this diet is www.provida.com

Lets keep each other posted on the food we eat and our progress.

What do you think?

Red face Hi, I am going to give this one more shot before calling it quits

Hello,
I am back one more time. I have gained an extra 10 lbs which is depressing as heck. I started back to college, I am midway into this semester.
I ordered several different diet kits, like medifast, that they forget to tell ya if your kidneys are bad you can't use it. so now I am stuck with two weeks of shakes, and out $145.00. Looks like the only diet that will not hurt my kidneys is the 6 week body makeover. I like the diet, and am sure its the bomb.. I just have trouble sticking to it. I ordered and just recieved turbo jam, the work out video. I might have a heart attack, But I am going to give it a shot, along with the makeover. I have been pretty depressed for months now. Hate myself for not haveing what it takes to do this. I tried to find members who lived close to me, It would help to keep me motivated I thought. I still have not found anyone close. I plan to start this monday.
I think there is way too much stress In my life right now, I need to do this for me. In college, I find myself writing about skinny or goodlooking people, ya know slamming them and stuff. Thats just not right. I am mad at myself, so I take I out on others. I just want to be happy and healthy, and maybe turn an eye or two, before I die.
Trina...
