EatingNaturally is on a distinguished road
Hello

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Kelly. I have a huge interest in diet and nutrition and have been studying over the past 5 years and upped my indulgence in the subject when I became pregnant with my beautiful son Callum (or Bob as we call him) who is now 16 months old.

I hope you don't mind me joining in the conversations

Kelly

Welcome to the forum. Question for you...

Peanut butter is ok to eat, right? By ok I mean, it's a "good" fat and protein. Just curious because I've been having a tbsp almost every morning the past week on wheat toast. lol

Thank you for the welcomes.

You shouldn't really ask me about peanut butter - I have read some awful things about it, I can't remember precisely what at this moment in time though - thats what too much read does (I usually have about 10 books on the go at one time!).

I stick with natural peanut butter. I don't see why it would be bad.

If you can't remember it, you don't really have it. Unless you consider owning the book where the information is "having it."
