Hello everybody,
My name is Greg, im 21, between 5'10 and 5'11, and I weigh 230lbs. I have lost 15lbs in the past 3 months, but I would live to get down to 180-200. I know my case is not that extreme but I have always been ridiculed for my weight, and I want to change that. Im pretty active and walk alot at work, I take a multivitamin, fish oil, and try to stay away from pop as much as possible. If I drink pop its diet pop. I kinda lost sight of my workout plan for a month and gained back 5 lbs (was at 225) Lately ive been sticking to salads with fat free dressing for lunch, vitamin water, and maybe 1 big meal (with more than 600 calories) a day. I also work out (2-3 miles jogging) at least 3 times a week.
Is there anything else I should try or missing? Id like to lose this weight if possible in 3-4 months when I go on vacation. Attached is a pic of what I look like now.
