Hello, all 
I've been lurking around this forum for a few days checking out the different threads, and I love the support that I've seen.
What took me so long to join, I'll never know.
Anyway, I decided a couple of weeks ago that enough was enough. I've been steadily gaining weight over the past year, and am now at the point where I can no longer deny that it's a health risk.
Sooo, with the help of my doctor, a diet journal, and exercise, I'm on my way to resolving that.
I look forward to making new friends here. |

Love the Avatar. Are you a big FF8 fan? It's my fav. Anyways glad to have you aboard I've only been here a week myself, but the support is awesome, and I can't think of a better way to loose weight than a little motivation! |
