hi i am 19 years old, before i started to lose weight i weighed 234
pounds. i now way 206 just by doing
cardio and eating right(almost 30
pounds in just about 3 months). i have always been over weight, i plan on losing atleast 20 more
pounds and have started weight lifting now. i am really really worried about getting lose
skin, since i just want to be fit and look good for once in my life, do you think i will ever get that flat stomach and chest . or will chances be that i will have loose
skin. o and i dont really have a problem with loose
skin yet, but i still have a big gut and man boobs aha. can anyone help me out . am i just overthinking like usual???
