If you feel the need to take that stuff be careful and be sure to get all the info you can before you start. Unfortunately, I've never taken this stuff and so I've never really looked into it to give you any advice.
As for other advice, there are quite a few success stories and different methods of WL on this forum, so feel free to browse around. The simple advice is to get in 20-30 min of cardio a day, and if time/equip/etc is available, a simple weight training program ... muscle goes a long way to reducing fat (notice, i didn't say weight -- weight is a bad way to measure progress)

Hi

I seen your post and was wondering what kind of ephedrine cycle your going on? are you taking pure ephedrine or an ephedrine / caffeine / aspirin stack?? also called ECA. I've used ephedrine based products during my weight loss and found them to be really effective at speeding up my metabolism and also increasing my energy levels while i was working out. What I used was Xenadrine - RFA 1, Liquid Clenbutrx and Meltdowns.

I really cleaned up my diet and started exercising and then added these products and since April 1st when i began I’ve lost 85.5 pounds and as of today I’m within 13.5 pounds of my goal weight of 185 pounds. So you can easily lose those 100 pounds if you get really motivated and get yourself a really good reason to why you want to lose that weight that will keep you going when you want to give up. Well good luck to ya I know you can do it.

thanks for the tip

Thanks for the encouragement. I plan to do a ECA cycle for about 3 months with about 90 mg of pure ephedrine a day. I will start sometime next week and will let you all know my progress from there. I have good reasons yes, I met a wonderful guy and I wanna look my best for him. I've been thin before and I like the way I looked. So thanks again for the tip. I will defenitely do my cardio and will consider other weight loss programs once i get a kick start. This forum has really given me hope. All the best to me!

hi I am new and I am wondering if you can go into further detail regarding this cycle you are talking about. Where do you get the ephedrine also? Thanks for the help
