What weight loss program helps you detoxify AND lose weight at a good rate?

I want to detoxify my body and loss weight healthily and rapidly. I want to lose 90 lbs by the end of the year.

In my opinion, a weight loss program is not the way to think of it, rather a life style change. You need to eat healthy, and exercise. Drink lots of water and once you are not putting crap into your mouth, your body will do the rest as for as detoxing.

If you want to lose weight at a good rate, which depending on how overweight you are, 2-5lbs a week is not unheard of. You need to find your maintanance, and take off 500-1000 calories per day to lose 1-2lbs per week, if you want to lose more, you need to eat less, but don't go into an unhealthy range (1500 calories or less depending on weight) as this will put your body into starvation mode.
