i've been a
vegan for about three years. and a
vegetarian for an additional five years. mostly for ethical reasons, but i like the effect it has on my
body.
i also had an eating disorder for four of those years somewhere in between and am still fairly sensitive in regards to
body image.
after recovery, i'd been at a happy comfortable weight for a year, but recently gained four
kilos in two months after moving interstate. i'd been eating mainly fruit, vegetables, bran and soy milk. i was doing minimal exercise (walking about 5/10km a day with the odd bike ride or swim)
i've come back to my home town to live with my parents for 10 weeks and hope to transform my
body before i return interstate to live. i want to lose those four
kilos, but also to lose as much
fat as possible and build muscle.
i've put myself on a low calorie/ high protein
diet and am doing
gym/ swim sessions every second day.
