Smile Hi everybody!

Just thought I'd come say hello. I'm a college student who has been trying to lose weight while I'm in college, rather than the other way around (like the "freshman 15"). Its been really difficult, and slow, but at least I haven't gained weight since I've been here. So far I've lost about 10 lbs and I can run 8 miles. I look forward to being part of this forum!

Hi and welcome!
I started posting here in Jan. and then moved over to the weightloss diary thread on here. This sight has helped me lose 57lbs so far! I make it a point to try and visit a few new folks threads now and then to offer a bit of encouragement. Good luck on getting your plan going. I was a college athlete so my weight gain did not happen till I entered the working world. I bet you have a lot of workout facilities available to you.
