I just found this site from a friend. It looks like everyone is friendly. I hope to give and receive support.

I have recently gotten bitten by the diet bug by same friend's influence. I have realized that for the last part of my 20's my weight has become an issue. I have gone on a diet before but somewhere along the line I lose motivation.
This time around I am hoping to make some permanent changes....Ive heard that its harder to lose weight after 30..so times a ticking...:P

hey there, I've heard that it's harder to loose weight after your 30s too, but I'm not sure? I'm with you on the loosing motivation, i do the same thing. But this time I am also ready to not give up and continue with the struggles. What I've found works slightly better for me, is not to use the word "diet". I know it sounds stupid, but the past few weeks, i've tried it, and i've been doing better with "eating properly and healthier.
