Smile Hi all

Hello everyone i'm a newbie and just wanted to say hi to everyone.
I am wanting to lose around 4 stone after just having my 9th baby and 4th c section, i am now 18 stone and want to get it down with the possibility of having a tummy tuck as i have a large over hang of skin.
My husband has booked us a holiday abroad for next year so fingers crossed i can slim down for then.
Sorry to waffle on, lovely to meet you all x

try loosing the weight before you do the tummy tuck, at 18 stone most of the overhand is actually still fat. A fair bit of that will disappear as you loose more weight.

Welcome

Welcome Aboard,

9 little ones, wow thats awesome.

If you are not going on holiday until next year, this will give you heaps of time to get into the swing of things. I wish you well.

When I was very young, they used to have a program on TV called "The Waltons". Not sure if you have heard of it.

Anyways these guys had a huge family to and lived in the country.
