I tend to not come on very often myself (very sporadic posting/checking), but always love it when I do and find it extremely helpful! As for not being severely overweight, that is okay. We have people come on who need to lose anywhere from just a few
pounds of
fat to over a hundred. We welcome everyone who wants to improve their health and manage their weight in a healthy way! That being said, I think it's actually very healthy that you want to "nip the problem in the bud" before it gets out of control. I wish I'd had that mentality years ago, honestly. It's easier to lose a few
pounds of extra
fat than it is to lose 30, 50, 60, 80, 100, etc.
