Hi everyone, a quick bit about me.

45 years old, married with 2 teenage kids, live in Kettering England but have previously lived in Brampton (near Toronto) Canada, various places in Germany and a few other places in England.

Was born in England, brought up as a child in Canada and then joined the army for 18 years. Been out for about 11 years now, currently work for Norbert Dentressangle a transport and logistics company.

I've always been overweight and constantly got bigger, got to 18 stone 8 pounds and couldn't buy a suit from Marks & Spencer anymore and finally thought enough is enough.

I've been doing the weight watchers points diet for 8 weeks now although i don't go to the meetings or anything, just free loading on the formula really.

I've lost 25.25 lbs so far which i'm very impressed with. My target weight is 15 stone, this might be a bit ambitous but we'll see how i get on.
