Hi everyone ! I am usually a very bright and happy person but recently my appearance has been getting me down and causing me problems in my relationship. I go for a run every night and eat well but usually fizzle out and give up from lack of results and fatigue. I need some motivation or advice to help me keep going! i want to see results and not get upset around my bf anymore when it comes to my looks! Please any coments are welcome!
