Hi every1 im arron *waves* im new on here and to
weight loss really..... well i have started going to the
gym a couple of evenings a week, and i also cycle 10miles every other night. Im looking to get fit and back to the way i used to be im 12st 2 at the moment and im 5"7, plus it dont help that my wife calls me chunks but hey ho. any tips or advice would be greatfuly recieved i live 2min away from a
gym/pool and only 5min from the seafront if that helps,i find it hard to lose weight and unforunatly lack motivation so i thought i would join here to see if this helps and if i can help any1 else if need be, look forward to chatting with you all
