Hey everyone,

i am new to the forum, but a veteran when it comes to dieting!! I have tried everything from weight watchers to starving myself.

I am about to try Cohens, i went for the first meeting tonite and i am going to for my blood test this weekend.

So a big hello to everyone out there!
