Checking my ticker etc...
I have lost 4lbs, which isn't much, but it's a start. Been watching what I eat, down to about 2000
calories , getting ready to start my excercise program. I have Been using Fitday tracker, Kinda easy to use, help you keep track of whats going on. Looking back at what I was eating, I'd say there were days I ate 5000
calories or more, 1/3 of that would be pepsi or such..wasteful
calories , I havent drank a pop in 3 days now and been drinking Lipton Tea with 0 calore sweetner, I use to hate the fake sugar, but it ain't so bad after all. Till Later, keep it up, keep it coming off Dustin

How do I add the weight loss ticker tape to my posts?
How do i add that
weight loss diet ticker tape at the bottom of my postes? I see many people here have them here- I found the website-Do cut and paste the ticker tape onto my signature on this site? I'm douing somthing wrong...

hmmm I'm not sure what could be wrong. Are you sure you copied the whole code and then pasted it on the signature? lol sorry if it sounds like im insulting your intelligence, I just dont know what could be causing it to not work.

go to the above site. Follow instructions and they will give you a few codes.
choose the bb code and copy it.
come back here and go to your profile.
edit signature by putting that bb code in sig box.
thats it!

on the website...you have to re-code it i believe, and just use the password you got originally to log in
