I normally wouldn't re-post on this topic, but there has been ALOT of trouble with tickers lately. Here is a step-by-step.......

1) Go to the ticker website of your choice (most popular is tickerfactory.com)

2) Design your ticker. Copy the BBC CODE (the 1st set of codes)

3) Come back here...go to USER CP, EDIT SIG.

4) Paste your code in your signature box and either click on PREVIEW OR you can just click SAVE

hmmm...I wonder why it shows the address of ticker factory instead of my actual ticker. Guess I'll have to try again.

hey are you copying the whole bbc code?

it says bbc code at the bottom. copy the whole thing. it goes on for a few lines

the instructions in ticker factory will tell you what to copy... you're going to a message board or bulletin board..

yay! I see I finally succeeded. Thank you for all your help! Now when I begin to see results on the scale I will enjoy using this tool! by the way, I am thinking of getting a new scale for myself, as I think mine is not really reliable. any advice? (the weight I am going by for this is what I weigh when I get to curves and weigh on their scales.)

I seems to have done everything right, and can even see my ticker in the preview, but when i reloaded my previous threads, my ticker doesnt show up in my signature... any idea why?!

okie dokie, i see my ticker on the reply right before this... how come it wasnt showing up on my old threads tho? I thought it does that automatically. oh well, this is good enough!
