I'm a 22 year old guy from Scotland. This is pretty embarrassing for me so please bear with me. Basically I have been overweight for quite some time, and to be honest I have grown tired of the stares of disgust and whispered comments from people who are supposed to be my friends.
My own downfall was when I had to stop playing rugby football (knee injury), at that time I had quite a muscular physique, but that soon started to turn to flab after a period of relative inactivity. I realised then that it was happening, and did nothing, it was a stupid decision, I was wrong and now I am paying the price.
Recent events have encouraged me to try and lose the flab and reclaim my health and happiness. So I am hoping that some of you guys can help and maybe offer some support and guidance.
