In addition I would suggest that you adopted the good nutritional guidelines that I set as bonuses in the challenge that I ran over the summer. Each is like a seperate little
nutrition lesson - and I am sure that your
diet would benefit from making sure that you are doing them all. You may well be doing some of them but I suspect that you will not be doing them all.

goal.
Generally people who simply think that they are making healthy choices and exercise do not get the levels of
weight loss which is achieved by the people who take a scientific approach and ensure that they are getting the right levels for all their nutrients and that their
calories are set to the right level. Whilst both the food and exercise aspects are important for weight control - it is demonstrated time and time again that we do not get the weight losses that we want unless the food side is right.
