Hi all. I'm new here. Just looking for encouragement on losing weight and all. I live a fairly healthy life but somehow have trouble losing weight. Happily married and hoping to get healthier by losing weight. My husband is healthy and stays in decent shape and yet I try and fail. I'm trying but it's hard. I hope I can do this. Don't like living in this body right now. I believe I'm meant to be smaller but for some reason nothing has been working well. Anyways that's all I will say for now....sorry to ramble.
