Hi everybody,
so yeah i'm here because i need to lose 20 pounds,
i've started dieting and exercising since last month and i've lost some weight and now i've got just more 20 pounds to lose to have the perfect weight for my height...

so I hope that i'll find the support in here and make some friends as well

Well done for having made a start and lost some weight.

I am sure that you will get rid of those remaining 20 pounds really soon.

If you havent already done so - it may benefit you to get a free account from FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal in order to not just track your calories (eaten and burnt via exercise) but to also map out the nutrient content of your food - so that you can confirm that your diet is at the right level for good health and optimised weight loss. The information to apply is in the nutrition section.

In order to get support - I suggest that you start a diary and visit other people's diaries. Maybe join a club or a challenge too. These are all great ways of making friends.
