I am so sorry to hear of your recent
weight gain. Sadly many of us have lost weight only to regain it all (in fact there were times when I ended up heavier than I had been in the first place).
This is one problem that many of us have with VLCDs - they do not teach new eating habits so people have no experience to fall back on other than unhealthy eating - not that this is necessarily the method that you used to lose the weight.
This is why we need to adopt a new lifestyle with the concept that it is a change for the rest of our lives.
