Volo is on a distinguished road
Hello, everyone.

Hello, my name is Chuck or Volo, take your pick. I'm currently 19 years old and I am, unfortunately obsessively obese. I am currently out of school for a small stint I did in a college dorm for circumventing internet speed back in January, I'm planning on going back in the Spring. Although, that event pretty much ruined life as I knew it. It caused me to lose my job, which forced me to move back home, my girlfriend left me, and I gained weight--a lot. I was 240 lbs/38 waist/105 kilos ish..? Sorry if my math is wrong. (still not good, but I was managing not to gain anymore) and ballooned up to 320 lbs/42 waist/143 kilos ish. I've been deeply depressed for these last few months, playing nothing but games and sulking. However, I'd like to change that. The unfortunate thing is, though, I have zero money and I cannot control what my parents, at the moment, buy until I get a job--which may be difficult. What I have at my disposal is a Fitness/yoga mat, high grade resistance bands and time. My uncle has been doing the P90X program and he has been showing phenomenal results, so he'll be loaning me the DVDs and such. I need to fix my life, and my health is a big factor that I know is affecting my psyche. I'd love all the suggestions for younger men for weight loss and gradually building muscle. I'll be doing my best to stick with it. My apologizes for posting a longer than a brief introduction.

Salutations.
