i know EXACTLY where you're coming from!!!!
im a college student too that has recently figured out that i am an emotional eater no matter how much i tried to deny it.
I had recently stumbled off track, but really in a day after spending time on this website im def. motivated to get back on the tread and start running three miles a day again.
Take sometime on this site, it helps!
here's some advice on the eating--if youre stressed, go for a run, I know that is what i used to do before and i actually lost weight under
stress! if ur not much of a runner, go for a walk, just find another outlet for that
stress!
