Hey every one. Just thought I better stop by and say hello....so hello! Just a bit about me. I am looking to lose about 30 lbs. I am just in the starting phases of it...so wish me luck. I do appreciate boards like this just because I know they are going to help. I am pretty much into computers and web design...so the lack on mobility could have something to do with the extra weight...anyways. Another topic for another time.
