Hello Everyone,
I am a 15 year old 5 foot 10 inches or so 244 lb. male. I just went to a knew school and I'm very reserved and not making many friends because I'm afraid of what people might say about me. I need a group of people that can back me in my pursuit of a healthier body. |

I would suggest you start a Weight Loss Diary thread to track your food and exercise - it really helps. Also drink lots of water!!
