Coming in for motivation

Hello everyone. I've been lurking around the board for a few weeks and finally decided to sign up. I have a lot of weight to lose and hope that posting here will keep me motivated and my thoughts positive.

Good luck in your project.

Be sure that you read the exercise and nutrition sections. One danger if you have a fair bit of weight to lose is cutting the calories too low. Be sure to check the levels and not just start starving yourself. A lot of people make that mistake...
