Hello from another noob!

I'm new of course, I'm working on making a lifestyle change to look and feel better

My motivation is to get more in shape so next summer I can take my daughter to swim lessons, and in general be able to have my picture taken with her or out with my friends and not cringe. I want to proudly tag myself on my friends facebook pictures! lol
