I am the most computer illiterate human you will see joining this forum. However, desperateness has forced my to face that demon in order to seek support in dealing with the worse one ... my weight. I recently had surgery day scheduled and backed out. Decided I was too scared to possibly die on an operating table yet I am scared to die of heart attack too! So, that leads me to believe that I have to make a choice to live. And with the choice must come change but god ... I really don't know how to do that on my own. I hope that just communicating with others that truly understand I can move forward. That's me, my hope and my choice.
